Do you charge any hidden fees?

No. The price at checkout is what you pay. No surprise renewals, no overage charges, no roaming surcharges from us. The only optional extras are top-ups, which you choose, and a small refund fee.

Plans are flat-rate and don't auto-renew — nothing charges after your trip unless you buy something. When your data or time runs out, your connection simply stops; there are no overage charges. Top-ups are optional and priced upfront. A $2.00 processing fee applies per eSIM to eligible refunds, or half of what you paid for it, whichever is less (see the refund article). Receipts and invoices itemise everything.
