How do Globeelink points work?

• Every eSIM plan and top-up earns points on what you pay after any discount, excluding tax and fees.

• Your tier sets the rate: Core 1×, Select 1.5×, Signature 2× and Reserve 3× the base rate.

• Every 200 points converts to £1.50 off.

• You can also earn points by referring friends.

Points from an eSIM order are added once the order has passed its refund window, 21 days from the last eSIM in it being issued; points from a top-up are added when you pay. If an order is refunded in full inside the window, its pending points are cancelled; a partial refund reduces them in proportion.

In Rewards, exchange points for a money-off voucher: £1.50 off (200 points), £4 off (500), £8 off (1,000), £15 off (2,000) or £30 off (4,000). The £15 voucher is for Signature and Reserve members; the £30 voucher for Reserve. Each voucher has a minimum order value, is valid for 180 days, and you can use one per order.

Points, stamps and vouchers belong to the account that earned them and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged. Points have no cash value. A voucher is issued in the currency you shop in and stays in it. Points expire 12 months after points were last added to your balance from a paid order, and we email you 30 days before they do.
