I think someone else accessed my account

Since Globeelink uses magic-link sign-in, account access is tied to email access. If someone got into your account, they've likely also got your email. Secure your email first, then message Globeebot.
Step 1: Secure your email
Change your email password to a strong, unique one; enable two-factor authentication; review recent sign-in activity and sign out sessions you don't recognise; and check for forwarding rules attackers sometimes set up.
Step 2: Sign in to Globeelink and check
Review recent transactions in Billing & orders, recent eSIMs, and active sessions — sign out anything you don't recognise.
Step 3: Message Globeebot
Tell us what you noticed and that you've secured your email. We can reverse unauthorised purchases (if unused), lock the account while we investigate, help you change to an uncompromised email, and provide an activity report. The single most effective defence is two-factor authentication on your email.
