How do I know if setup worked?

Last updated October 14, 2026

Check Settings > Mobile Service (iOS) or SIM manager (Android). You should see the new Globeelink line listed with whatever label you gave it. It will show "No Service" until you arrive — that's normal.

1. The eSIM is on your phone

Open your phone's SIM settings. You should see two lines: your home SIM and your new Globeelink eSIM. If the new line is there, setup worked.

2. The line is enabled

Tap the new line — "Turn On This Line" (or similar) should be on.

Why is it showing "No Service"?

Before you travel, the line says "No Service" or "Searching" — expected, because the eSIM is configured for a network in your destination. There's nothing to fix: your plan starts the moment your phone connects to a local network there, or automatically 30 days after your eSIM is issued if you haven't connected by then.

If the new line isn't there at all

Setup didn't complete — usually a weak connection. Try again with the same steps; if the first attempt failed, the code is still valid for one more try. If retrying doesn't work, message Globeebot with your order number.
