Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Globeelink?

No. If you can install an app on your phone, you can set up a Globeelink eSIM.

We've designed the whole process for travellers, not engineers. You buy a plan online, we email you the setup details, you follow a few prompts, and you're done.

What setting up involves

  • Open the email we send after your purchase.

  • Scan the QR code in the email from another screen, or enter the details by hand.

  • Confirm a few prompts on your phone (mostly tapping "Continue").

  • Choose which line to use as default for data (we recommend the Globeelink line).

You don't need to know what eSIM stands for or any technical settings — the phone handles that. If you get stuck, Globeebot is available on chat.
