How do I move up a tier?

Spend more with us over the last 12 months. You move up automatically — no application, no fee, no special purchase.
As your spend over the past 12 months crosses the next tier, your account updates and the new rate applies to orders from then on; earlier orders are not re-scored.
What counts
What you pay for plans and top-ups after any discount, excluding tax and fees, minus anything refunded. Your points balance doesn't count — redeeming points never moves your tier — and spend from another account doesn't either.
Do tiers reset?
There's no fixed reset. Your tier reflects a rolling 12-month window, holding while recent spend stays at the tier's level and easing down only as older spend ages out. Your account shows your current tier.
