Can I pause or transfer my plan to a different trip?

Plans are provisioned with the network for a specific duration. The clock starts when your plan starts (you connect, or it starts automatically 30 days after your eSIM is issued) and runs continuously — there's no "pause" in the underlying eSIM standard.

Each plan is tied to a specific country or region. A Japan plan can't become a Spain plan; if your destination changes entirely, you'd buy a new plan.
