Can I redeem points for cash?

No. Points redeem for money-off vouchers you use on Globeelink plans and top-ups. They have no cash value outside our service.

Points are a loyalty reward, not a payment method. You can redeem them for a money-off voucher (£1.50 to £30) and apply it to a plan or top-up. You can't exchange points, stamps or vouchers for cash or gift cards, transfer them to another account, or use them with other companies. There's no obligation to redeem — leaving points unused costs you nothing.
