My usage shows wrong amounts

Last updated October 14, 2026

Usage data comes from the network and can take a few minutes to a few hours to update. Give it time. If amounts are still wrong after 24 hours, message Globeebot.

There are two places you might see usage, and they don't always agree. Your phone counts what your apps consumed on the Globeelink line; your dashboard shows usage as reported by the network — the authoritative source that determines when you hit your limit.

Why they sometimes disagree

The dashboard has a reporting delay (usually minutes, sometimes hours); some apps use more than your phone counts; compressed or cached data is counted differently. A gap under 10% is normal. If after 24 hours they're still more than 20% apart, or you see usage you don't recognise, message Globeebot — we can pull the network report. eSIMs are tied to a single device and can't be cloned, so unexpected use is almost always background app activity.
